Thinking about the Rostov Portstreet project we had on mind several goals. It should become a new City Landmark for the city of Rostov being a symbol for a sustainable lifestyle open to the outside world.

Portstreet is designed to provide not only a showroom for local Creative Industry and a forum for Students, Artists, Associations and the Community living around, but also to create a unique new commercial concept for the city itself. The project focuses also on achieving a green urban regeneration.

I believe we could develop the Rostov project upon those lines and transform the multi-purpose building in a show case of what can be achieved in Russia.

As the world will need to compensate it’s excesses huge market are going to develop in those fields and the present situation of Russia which is one of the strongest in the world could become much more stronger and bring a lot of wealth to the country and its citizens.
